The following preferences are stored only on your device, using the standard platform preferences store (SharedPreferences on Android, NSUserDefaults on iOS). None of this is transmitted anywhere.
Two games (Phonetic Voice, Q-Code Voice) use your microphone via your phone's built-in speech-recognition service.
One game (Follow That Satellite) uses your phone's accelerometer to detect tilt for tracking a simulated satellite. Sensor readings are used only to position the on-screen crosshair in real time and are not stored or transmitted.
The app has exactly one outbound network use: when you tap "Send email" on the Support page, your device's default mail client opens with a pre-filled draft. The actual transmission (if you choose to send) is handled by your mail app, not Ham Gaming.
No background network activity. No automatic updates. No telemetry pings.
Ham Gaming is designed to be friendly for kids learning about amateur radio. Because the app:
it complies with COPPA, GDPR-K, and equivalent child-privacy frameworks by design.
All preferences are stored only on your device. To delete everything Ham Gaming knows about you, simply uninstall the app — that's it. No account to close, no server data to request deletion of.
Ham Gaming does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. It uses standard open-source Flutter packages (audioplayers, flutter_tts, speech_to_text, sensors_plus, etc.) — each of which processes data on-device only.
If anything in our privacy stance ever changes (it won't lightly — privacy is a core design value), the updated policy will appear at this URL and ship in a new version of the app.
